Emphasize motorized recreational opportunities along other appropriate road networks in the geographic area. Pursue a right-of-way for the Garnett Spur Road. Minimize human-wildlife conflicts in winter and spring in the Gordon Gulch critical elk winter range by closing the area's road system to all motorized vehicles, including snowmobiles. Protect important riparian ecosystems in the Fourmile Creek Flora and Fauna area.
